The City of Saco is soliciting bids for the Lincoln, Market & Irving Streets Infrastructure Improvement Project. Bids must be submitted on the bid response form in a sealed envelope marked “Lincoln, Market & Irving Streets Infrastructure Improvement Project”. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Finance Office at Saco City Hall, located at 300 Main Street, Saco, Maine, 04072. There will be a public opening of all bids received at that time.
A prebid conference will be conducted at the Saco City Hall, first floor conference room, located at 300 Main Street, Saco, Maine on Tuesday, April 3rd at 1:00 PM. All potential respondents are required to register with the city. Registering and any questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Joseph Laverriere, P.E., City Engineer via email at email@example.com.
