Beano, Games of Chance

A License application can be obtained from the Chief of the State Police. In order to conduct to operate Beano, Bingo or Games of Chance, the license application needs to be submitted to the City Clerk for approval by the City Council. Applications need to be submitted by the Wednesday before the Council meeting. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to participate in or conduct Beano, Bingo, or Games of Chance.
