As of July 1, 2007 the City of Saco no longer has a contractual agreement with Maine Energy to handle the City's waste. The Odor protocol was a part of the larger agreement, meaning that the previous protocol no longer exists.

If you have an odor complaint, please report it to us by calling 284-4551.

This is the Enviroline number which is answered 24 hours a day by the Biddeford Police Department. Biddeford Police Department will forward the call to Saco Police Department and notify the Maine Department of Environmental Protection.
