These photos were taken in early December, 2001. On the left, workers from A&V construction erect temporary steel supports under the bridge's arch. Above, a wider view of the full project.

These photos were taken in July, 2001. The two above show how stones on the downstream side of the Stackpole Creek Bridge on Simpson Road have moved in about one foot on the southeasterly abutment. The photo on the right shows broken, cracked and missing stones.
