In July, 2001 the Stackpole Creek Bridge on Simpson Road was found to be deterioriating and in danger of collapse. The city will working with CLD Consulting Engineers. Structural Team Leader/Project Manager Lisa Martin, P.E. and Bridge Team Leader/Project Manager JoAnn Fryer, P.E. will be leading the bridge design and overall rehabilitation effort. This will be a complex design and rehabilitation undertaking. We are fortunate to have two great professional engineers that have challenged this effort.
