Request a transfer station permit

Saco property owners using the transfer station need to have a permanent transfer station permit card. These cards allow property owners to dump up to 3 cubic yards of allowable material at the transfer station. As the yardage is used, it will be electronically deducted from the resident's account.

Each year in July these cards will be automatically recharged. The user will not have to travel to City Hall to do this.

You may request a card by using the form below*.

Permits are issued to home or apartment owners only. The City does not issue permits for vacant lots or to rental residents.

Please complete all the fields and click the "Submit" button.

IF YOU NEED A REPLACEMENT CARD: This form CANNOT be used to request a replacement card if you have lost yours. Please visit the Public Works office on North St. between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm to pick up a replacement card. There is a fee associated with getting a replacement card.
