Customer Service Representative - Public Works (20 hours)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a part-time position that provides administrative support to the Public Works’ office. The CSR is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers through communication via telephone, mail, or in person. The CSR is responsible for processing all over-the-counter transactions or through the mail.
