Capital Projects on November Ballot In addition to the state election, school board election, and Ward 7 Council election on November 7th, Saco voters will be asked whether they wish to finance a group of street reconstruction projects, a major expansion of the public works building, and a trail construction program. This issue of the Pepperell Post contains information prepared for the City Council outlining each of the projects.
