• New document archive unveiled
  Saco's "Find-A-Doc" online document archive gets positive reviews in its early days.
  
  
• Wastewater Treatment Plant looks to become an energy producer
  With it's wind turbine and solar collector array, the city's wastewater treatment plant operators are looking to generate more power than they consume.
  
  
• Mayor and city council endorse community garden
  Plans for a Saco Community Garden are moving forward with the recent approval of the project by the mayor and city council.
  
  
• Nomination papers available for city offices
  Nomination papers for elected city offices, including mayor, ward councilors, wardens and ward clerks are now available in the city clerk's office.
  
  
• Free lawnmower
  Now that the sun is finally out, lawns are growing again. If you need a lawnmower, check out this one for free at the Saco Swap Shop. If you're musically inclined, there's also a George Steck piano.
