Voter registration
Individuals interested in registering to vote or who have moved within the City, wishing to cast their ballots for the Municipal General/Referendum Election as well as the State Referendum Ballot on November 3, 2009, are asked to come to the Registrar's office in order to update the voter list.

The Registrar of Voters will be available to assist Saco residents as follows:
Tuesday Oct. 27th 8:30 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M
Wednesday Oct. 28st 8:30 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M.
Thursday Oct. 29th 1:00 P.M. TO 7:00 P.M.
Friday Oct. 30st 7:30 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
Monday Nov. 2rd 8:30 P.M TO 5:00 P.M.
Sub-registrars will be working at the polling place to register new Voters Election Day. New voters to our community are going to have to provide documentation of residency.

The following documents will be acceptable:
  • Valid Maine Driver's License
  • Maine Car Registration
  • Utility bill with physical address
  • Correspondence with the physical address
  • Rent receipt
  • Income Tax return
Correspondence showing a post office box is not acceptable as proof of residency.
