New Bank on Route 1 Approved by Planning Board
Rivergreen Bank has received the go-ahead from the Planning Board to renovate the former Dexter Shoe building at 640 Main Street as a new branch office. Bank. The 3,400 s.f. building will add a 22' by 26' canopy for drive-in service.

Rivergreen Bank is an independent commercial bank founded in 2002 and based in Kennebunk. Its president is Saco resident William Cannan. The developer of the bank project is Neptune Properties of Portland and Saco.

The southern driveway on the property will be closed and landscaped and the northern driveway will serve as the new access point for all traffic.
