Applications before the Planning Board approved in March include:

Site Plan and Site Location of Development permits for parking lot expansion at Prime Nissan on the Portland Road, by Extra Lot LLC. The property will be developed for car storage, with a possible future building to expand the dealership.
Site Plan and Site Location of Development review for proposed covered walkway and site improvements associated with the Thornton Academy Middle School. The school will construct a new parent drop-off area, a bus loop with the capacity for 12 busses, expanded staff parking area, and access drive, along with complete interior renovations. The Middle School will be located in the existing 13,150 sq. ft. Industrial Arts Building on the campus.
