Citizen Satisfaction Survey 2012 - the results are in
The city is releasing results of the latest Citizen Satisfaction Survey. The survey, conducted by the Pan Atlantic SMS Group, gathered comments from 400 citizens selected at random. The average length of each interview was 21 minutes.
Overall, the City received a strong scorecard from its citizens in this most recent benchmarking survey.
Of 50 measures tested, 29 received higher scores (over 2009), while 19 had lower scores and two were similar. Most of the score changes, either way, were small.
Thus the trend established in 2005 continues on an upwards trajectory.
Results were obtained for overall satisfaction with the City, as well as for satisfaction with specific City departments.
Any significant differences in viewpoints by population segments are noted throughout the report.
The report presents an analysis of the survey findings. Detailed statistical cross tabulations may be found in Appendix B.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey.
