NOAA predicts busy hurricane season for 2010

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration ( NOAA) has released its 2010 Hurricane forecast. If these predictions combined with the unseasonable climate conditions we have been experiencing continue, the North East Coast will be impacted this year.
